Toronto Triathlon Club Swimming

First club swim of the year.

Warm-up:100m swim / 100m double-arm backstroke / 100m kick / 100m pull
100m swim / 100m double-arm backstroke / 100m kick (ran out of time)

Drills of various kinds: sculling in place, 5x 25m sculling, 25m sailboat

400m / 300m / 200m swim, 30secs breaks
100m / 200m / 300m pull w/ paddles, 30secs breaks

Cool-down: 50m easy

Extremely tired, and got lapped numerous times in the fast lane.  I thought being the slowest person would motivate me to go faster, but actually I think it's demotivating me, as I lose all hope of catching up.  I think I am naturally bolstered by success (or by other people's failure!) :P
